Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation until 24 hrs from scheduled flight arrival/departure: no charge
• Cancellations from 24–12 hrs prior to scheduled arrival/departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made less than 12 hrs from scheduled arrival/departure are charged in full

Shuttle & Shared Transfer Notes

• No baby seats available on Shared Transfers or busses
• Shuttle & Speedy Shuttle Transfers are operated in either a coach, mini bus or taxi
• Children (2–12 years old): 50% discount on above per person rates
• Infants (under 2 years) are free of charge
• Guests will be dropped off at their hotel (or the agreed alternative drop-off point as advised)
• Guests shall be picked up from their hotels (or the agreed alternative pick-up point as advised)
• Pick-up times are made available 48 hrs prior to departure
• Pick-up for departure transfers is set so clients arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure — depending on the season and expected airport traffic this may increase
• Maximum waiting time upon arrival is 1 hour, though we normally target 45 min
• 24 Hours Emergency Service is available for clients
• Maximum stops (Shuttle): 10
