These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the bookcyprustransfer.com website and any airport transfer booked through it. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

Book Cyprus Transfer offers pre-booked, fixed-price private transfers between Larnaca International Airport, Paphos International Airport, and hotels, resorts or addresses across Cyprus, as well as address-to-address transfers where available.

2. Booking process

You can book a transfer through our online booking form. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email containing your unique booking reference. Please check the details in your confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are fixed per vehicle, not per passenger, and are shown in EUR at the time of booking.
• Unless agreed otherwise, the transfer fare is payable directly to the driver on the day of the transfer.
• Certain optional extras (marked as requiring pre-payment) must be paid in advance via a secure payment link sent to you by email after booking.

4. Changes and cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your booking by emailing info@bookcyprustransfer.com with your booking reference. As a general policy, cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge; cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us as early as possible — we will always try to find a fair solution.

5. Flight monitoring and waiting time

For airport pickups, we monitor your flight number and adjust the pickup time to match the actual landing time. A reasonable free waiting period applies after landing to allow time to clear immigration and collect luggage. Extended delays beyond our control (e.g. major flight delays) will be accommodated on a best-effort basis.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information, including flight number, pickup address, passenger and luggage count.
• Request child seats in advance if needed, specifying the child's age.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup point and time, especially for hotel pickups.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to flight delays, traffic conditions, extreme weather, or force majeure events. Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the value of the transfer fare paid.

8. Transfer partners

Transfers may be carried out directly by us or by carefully selected partner drivers and transfer operators acting on our behalf.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
